Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Adele’s Manufacturing Jewellers, we are committed to providing you with quality products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase made online, you may request a return according to the refund and return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return items to our store:

  • Within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase for an exchange, or
  • Within 7 working days of receiving your purchase for a refund,

provided the following conditions are met:

  • You present the original tax invoice / order confirmation.
  • The item is returned in new, unworn, and resaleable condition, in its original jewellery box or packaging.

Returns will be assessed once received by Adele's Manufacturing Jewellers to confirm items are unworn and in resaleable condition. 

Exceptions

Custom-made jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Earrings for pierced ears may not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless they are proven to be faulty.

Watches must be returned with:

  • The original guarantee booklet
  • The watch box
  • Any links that were removed

Defective Items

We will gladly exchange items with a material defect. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or mishandeling.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Special orders
  • Discounted items
  • Altered merchandise

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Cash and EFT purchases will be refunded via electronic transfer into a personal bank account (banking details must be confirmed).
  • Credit card purchases will be reversed in store upon presentation of the original credit card used for the purchase.

If you are returning only part of an order, only the returned item(s) will be refunded or exchanged – not the entire order.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email us at info@amj.co.za

Cancellations must be made by midnight the day before the scheduled delivery date.

Late cancellations may incur delivery charges.

If your payment is reversed, declined, or cancelled for any reason, you remain liable for the full purchase price, including any applicable fees.

Adele’s Manufacturing Jewellers reserves the right to cancel an order or customer registration in the event of a breach of our Online Shopping Terms.

Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you (or your authorised representative) upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with Adele’s Manufacturing Jewellers until full payment has been received.
