At Adele’s Manufacturing Jewellers, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our valued customers.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
For items requiring resizing, please allow for 10-14 working days for delivery.
Custom made items take between 2-6 weeks, depending on the design and time of the year.
Standard Delivery Timeframes:
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will typically occur within 5 to 7 working days.
If an item is out of stock, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly.
For items requiring resizing or custom manufacturing, please allow 12 to 14 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Delivery Process
When item is dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number. Track your parcel with this tracking number on the courier website.
Reschedule a delivery or arrange alternative delivery address directly with the courier.
Upon delivery, you will receive a delivery note indicating the date and time of delivery, which must be signed to confirm acceptance.
Order confirmation will also be sent to your email address, detailing product pricing, applicable delivery fees, Value-Added Tax (VAT), and the total amount charged to your card or EFT payment.
The person receiving the delivery—whether you or an authorised representative—will be asked to sign a duplicate copy of the delivery note. For verification, the delivery person may request a valid form of identification. Any individual accepting delivery at your address will be considered authorised to do so on your behalf.
